Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Combine all loaf ingredients in a large bowl, mixing thoroughly.
- 3. Form a loaf into a 9x11 casserole dish (no more than 2" in thickness across loaf, this is not a "loaf pan" recipe). Cook at 350 degrees for one hour.
- 4. Mix topping ingredients in a small bowl until well mixed. Spread on loaf for the last 15 minutes of cooking time.
