Mom's Cucumber Cream Cheese Spread image

With a few simple ingredients, this makes a delicious spread. It's always a big hit when served. My mom used to make this, and I have no idea where she got the recipe. BUT IT'S A KEEPER !!!

Number Of Ingredients 5

3 - green onions, white part only
1/2 cup(s) cucumber, peeled, seeded, finely chopped
8 ounce(s) cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon(s) worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon(s) salt

Steps:

  • Finely chop cucumber, and the white part of the green onions.
  • Beat all ingredients on medium speed until smooth.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours so flavors can work their magic!
  • Serve on your favorite cracker or chip! Also delicious on party ryes :) (my favorite) Enjoy!!! This is yummy!
