Steps:

  • 1. Ingredients: 4 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded 1 2lb box macaroni noodles 2 cans medium black olives, chopped 6 stalks celery, diced 1 cup mayonnaise Seasonings to taste: Garlic powder Onion powder Salt Pepper
  • 2. 1. Cook pasta to desired tenderness. Drain well. 2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well (add more mayo if desired). 3. Season to taste and serve immediately. (This is good warm or cold but we always liked it best when the noodles were fresh out of the pot.) 4. Some variations we've tried over the years: add 1 cup finely diced sweet onions. Mix one package ranch dressing mix with the mayo. Use leftover Thanksgiving turkey instead of chicken. I like mine with lots of celery and olives so can always add more if you'd like.
