Mom's Bread Machine, Bread image

This is my mom's recipe it is Fantastic, melts in your mouth. My mom came up with this and we have been making it ever since. She is a fantastic cook. I love to cook with her we have a great time in the kitchen together.....Mother daughter time.

PUT IN BREAD MACHINE IN THIS ORDER
1/2 cup(s) water
1/2 cup(s) cottage cheese (creamed)
1/4 cup(s) green chiles (chopped)
1 teaspoon(s) mustard, grey poupon
1 tablespoon(s) butter, melted
2 cup(s) bread flour
1 tablespoon(s) sugar
1 teaspoon(s) salt
2 tablespoon(s) parmesan cheese
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) yeast
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) onion flakes, dehydrated

Steps:

  • makes 1 loaf (2 lb) Use regular white bread setting on bread machine
