Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Clean and pat dry chicken. Spray shallow baking pan. Pour about 1 tbsp Olive Oil on chicken. Mix soy and jam together and pour over chicken. S & P Bake for 2 hours or till skin looks crispy!
