8 ancho chiles, stemmed, seeded
2 dried pasilla chiles, stemmed, seeded
2 cups boiling water
1 Tbsp. sesame seed
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. ground coriander
3 tomatillos, husked, rinsed, quartered
2 tomatoes, seeded, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup dry roasted almonds
1/2 cup raisins
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 corn tortilla, torn into small pieces
1 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
3 Tbsp. canola oil
3 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped

Steps:

  • Cook chiles in large skillet on medium heat 4 min. or until lightly toasted, stirring occasionally. Place in medium bowl. Add boiling water; cover. Let stand 15 min. or until peppers are softened. Meanwhile, cook sesame seed and seasonings in same skillet 1 min. or until lightly toasted, stirring frequently.
  • Drain chiles; reserving 1/2 cup of the soaking liquid. Place chiles in blender with sesame seed mixture and next 8 ingredients. Blend until smooth. Strain puree; discard strained pulp.
  • Mix 2 chopped green onions and 2 handfuls each of bean sprouts and grated carrots with a spoonful of KRAFT Real Mayo.
