- Cook chiles in large skillet on medium heat 4 min. or until lightly toasted, stirring occasionally. Place in medium bowl. Add boiling water; cover. Let stand 15 min. or until peppers are softened. Meanwhile, cook sesame seed and seasonings in same skillet 1 min. or until lightly toasted, stirring frequently.
- Drain chiles; reserving 1/2 cup of the soaking liquid. Place chiles in blender with sesame seed mixture and next 8 ingredients. Blend until smooth. Strain puree; discard strained pulp.
- Mix 2 chopped green onions and 2 handfuls each of bean sprouts and grated carrots with a spoonful of KRAFT Real Mayo.
