Mini Meat Loaves with Honey-Mustard Sauce image

5.5 pounds turkey
0.5 teaspoons salt
0.75 cups wheat germ
0.5 cups green onions
0.333333333333 cups water
1 units eggs
0.5 teaspoons salt
0.25 teaspoons black pepper
1 units sauce
0.25 cups dijon mustard
3 tablespoons honey

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. For meat loaves, combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mix lightly, but thoroughly. Shape meat mixture into eight 3x2-inch loaves, then place in baking dish.
  • Bake 30-35 minutes to medium doneness (160 degrees F) or until center is no longer pink and juices show no pink color. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
  • For sauce, combine mustard and honey and mix well (for added convenience, use ready prepared honey-mustard sauce). Serve sauce over meat loaves.
