Steps:
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Mix meat, cracker crumbs, onions, eggs, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and 1/4 cup ketchup just until blended.
- Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Shape meat mixture into 8 small loaves; place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake 30 to 35 min. or until done (160°F), topping with remaining ketchup and cheese after 20 min. Top with pickles before serving.
