MIMI'S SQUASH CASSEROLE image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 bag of frozen squash (cooked and drained according to instructions on bag)
1 8-oz. carton of sour cream
1 large carrot, grated fine
1 small onion, diced
1 can of cream of mushroon soap (do NOT add water)
Herbed croutons (broken up)

Steps:

  • Cook squash, drain, and mash up, mix in onions. Grease or spray cassorole dish. Put layer of croutons in bottom of dish and add layer of squash and onions. Mix soup, carrots, and sour cream and add on top of squash. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes; then add a layer of croutons, dot with butter and cheese and bake 10 minutes longer - or until cheese is melted good.
