Mexican Goulash image

Number Of Ingredients 8

lb 1 to 2 ground hamburger meat
1 box Spanish rice
1 can (27 oz.) Bush's Chili Beans (Mild Sauce)
2 cans (10 3/4 each) Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (I use 98% Fat Free)
1 can (10 oz.) Ro*Tel ORIGINAL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
1 can (10 oz.) Ro*Tel MILD Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
1 bag Nacho Cheese Doritos Chips
1 bag shredded cheese

Steps:

  • Brown meat, drain, and set aside. Fix Spanish rice according to directions on box.
  • Mix chili beans, cream of mushroom soup (DO NOT ADD MILK OR WATER), Ro*Tel tomatoes, rice, & meat together. Heat for 15 minutes or until hot.
  • How to Eat: Place about a handful of chips in a bowl, using the back side of a spoon crush chips up by pressing on the chips about 3 times. Spoon rice mixture on top of chips. Top with shredded cheese. Enjoy.
