- 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Place pita chips in a baking dish. 3. Top with small spoonfulls of both hummus. 4. Sprinkle tomatoes, zucchini, olives & pepperoncinis over the chips. Top with mozzarella. 5. Bake 15-20 minutes or until cheese has melted and edges begin to brown until warm.
