Steps:
- 1. Coat skilled with EVOO 2. In bowl, mix meat, egg, bread crumbs, sage, Worcestershire sauce, onion, mustard, salt/pepper. 3. Form meat into loaves about 1" thick and fry. Remove when done. 4. Saute mushrooms in pan. Add salt/pepper. 5. Add a little flour and stir in wine and beef stock and simmer. 6. Pour over meatloaf.
