Double Dark Chocolate Microwave Fudge image

We like semi-sweet, dark chocolate and hoped this recipe would result in an easy way to have a dark, rich fudge. It did! Simply microwave the ingredients together, stir, and chill. Instant fudge. The peanut butter we used is Teddie All Natural Unsalted Peanut Butter. It is 100% peanuts. A peanut butter with other ingredients added may result in a more gooey consistency.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 can(s) sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.)
12 ounce(s) semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 ounce(s) chocolate, unsweetened squares
2 tablespoon(s) butter, unsalted, plus additional to coat pan
1/2 cup(s) 100% peanut, unsalted peanut butter

Steps:

  • Butter 8x8 inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, microwave all ingredients until the condensed milk just comes to a boil (3 to 5 minutes). Remove from heat and stir briskly until all ingredients are mixed and chocolate is melted.
  • Pour into the prepared baking dish. Let cool, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until chilled. May be eaten as soon as it's cool but the consistency is best if allowed to chill overnight.
