MEATBALLS IN RED WINE SAUCE image

1onion chopped
1 cup dry bread crumbs
2 tbls ground meat
3 eggs
1/2 teas salt
1/4 teas pepper
1/2 teas seasoned salt
3/4 teas curry powder
1/4 teas grated pram cheese
1/2 teas woecestershire
2 cloves garlic dices
1 cup flour
2 tbls oil
1 cup red wine
1/2 cue beef consommé
2 8 oz can tomato sauce
1/8 teS oregano

Steps:

  • Mix first 10 ingredients using 1 diced garlic Form into balls, roll in flour Put remaining garlic in oil and brown meatballs Mix remaining ingredients in large sauce pan, bring to simmer, add meatballs and simmer 25-35 min
