Mascarpone Pumpkin Pie image

1 cup(s) pumpkin
1 cup(s) brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
1 teaspoon(s) ginger
1/2 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon(s) cloves
1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
8 ounce(s) mascarpone cheese
1 teaspoon(s) lemon juice

Steps:

  • Mix Pumpkin and Brown Sugar
  • Add eggs spices and lemon juice and mix well.
  • Add Mascarpone Cheese mix and pour into pie shell.
  • Bake at 350 for 55 minutes or until set.
