I use to make this & put on the salad bar at a restaurant I worked at. It can be eaten alone or on salads, etc.

Steps:
- 1. Cut fresh toamtoes in wedges, removing core as you cut.
- 2. Peel 3 strips from cucumbers lengthwise. Slice cucumber.
- 3. Place tomatoes & cucumber in bowl that has a tight fitting lid.
- 4. Sprinkle on the basil & minced garlic & pepper flakes, if using.
- 5. Pour on the Italian dressing. Toss to coat. Store in fridge. Allow to set overnight before eating.
