Steps:

  • COMBINE THE ONION, GARLIC, RED PEPPER, JALEPENO,PARSLEY, SALT AND PEPPER AND MIX WELL. ADD SHRIMP AND FOLD INTO CREAM CHEESE MIXSTURE. WASH THE CHICKEN BREASTS UNDER COLD WATER ANDE PAT DRY WITH A PAPPER TOWEL. PLACE A BREAST ON A CLEAN CUTTING BOARD WITH THE SMALL END OF THE CHICKEN BREAST FACING YOU. PLACE YOUR LEFT HAND ON TOP OF THE BREAST AND CUT ¾ THE WAY THROUGH THE BREASTGOING AT A SLIGHT ANGEL DOWN .(NOTE NOT YOUR HAND) OPEN UP THE BREAST LIKE A BOOK ON THE CUTTING BOARD AND PLACE A PIECE OF PLASTIC WRAP OVER IT. THEN TAKE A MEAT TENDERIZING HAMMER WITTH A FLAT SIDE AND FLATTEN THE CHICKEN BREAST TO EQUAL THICKENESS. REPEAT WITH OTHER BREAST. PLACE BREAST ON THE CUTTING BOARD AND PLACE HALF THE CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE ON ONE SIDE AND FOLD OVER. TAKE TWO SLICES OF TURKEY BACON AND WRAP EACH ONE. PLACE ON A LIGHTLY OILED COOKIE SHEET AND BAKE AT 350' FOR 35 TO 40 MINUTES OR UNTIL TEMPETURE REACHES 165'.
