Mango Lassi I image

A cooling drink made with mango and yogurt, Eastern Indian Lassi.

1 cup plain yogurt
1 mango - peeled, seeded, and chopped
1 tablespoon white sugar
3 cups cold water
1 pinch salt
4 sprigs fresh mint, garnish

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine yogurt, mango, sugar, water and salt. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve garnished with a sprig of mint.
