Macayo's Baja Sauce image

Just like they serve at the restaurant! Great over chimichangas! I usually cut it in half or even 1/4.

2 lbs cream cheese (2 pkg.)
8 ounces half-and-half
2 ounces canned jalapenos
1 dash salt

Steps:

  • Pace all ingredients in a blender and blend until mixed and smooth.
