4 extra large eggs
29 ounces canned pumpkin
3 cups evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
2 (9 inch) pie crusts, unbaked

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Lightly beat eggs until well blended.
  • Add pumpkin, milk, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and cloves.
  • Mix until well blended.
