Lime White Chocolate Coconut Cookies image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 1/2 cup(s) butter, softened
2 1/2 cup(s) sugar
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
3/4 cup(s) sour cream
2 - limes zest
3 cup(s) flour
1/2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
1 cup(s) coconut flakes
1 cup(s) white chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 175. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Beat butter, sugar and vanilla. Beat in sour cream and lime zest.
  • Then mix in the flour, baking powder, coconut and white chocolate. Click tablespoon sized cookies on the baking sheet and bake them for 15 minutes. Allow to cool.
