LIME COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD
Other than boil the water I would let my children make this. It was a thrill to them when it was served to say 'I made that". Light and refreshing and very easy to make.

Steps:
- 1. Dissolve gelatin in the boiling water.
- 2. Add marshmallows and let melt.
- 3. Add pineapple. Chill until slightly thickened.
- 4. Fold in cottage cheese and whipping cream.
- 5. Pour into an 8 x 8 pan and chill until firm.
