1 1/3 cups whipping cream
1 quart milk
1 1/2 cups milk
8 lemons, juice of
4 cups sugar
2 teaspoons lemon extract
1 tablespoon grated lemon zest

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients throughly.
  • Pour into ice cream freezer. Follow freezers instructions.
  • Freeze for four hours.
