Lemon Kick image

This is my mum's recipe. Delicious and easy to make!

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 cup(s) flour
1/2 cup(s) chopped pecans
1 stick(s) butter (softened)
1 package(s) (8 oz) cream cheese
1 cup(s) powdered sugar
2 1/2 cup(s) whipped topping
2 package(s) (3.4 oz) instant lemon pudding
3 cup(s) milk

Steps:

  • 1st Layer Mix flour, pecans and softened butter together. Press into a 9" x 13" pan and bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Let cool completely
  • 2nd Layer blend cream cheese and powdered sugar together. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping and spread on the cooled crust.
  • 3rd Layer Mix the instant lemon pudding with milk and spread over the 2nd later.
  • 4th Layer Spread remaining whipped topping over lemon layer. Sprinkle more chopped pecans on top (if desired).
