LEMON CHEESE PIE image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 c cold milk
1 c cottage cheese
1/4 c sugar
6 T frozen lemonade concentrate
1 pkg Cool Whip
1 9 in graham cracker pie shell
1 1-lb can cherry pie filling

Steps:

  • In a saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over cold milk. Place over low heat and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat. In a blender, beat cottage cheese until smooth, add to gelatin mixture along with sugar and lemonade concentrate. Mix well. Fold Cool Whip into gelatin mixture. Pour into pie shell. Refrigerate. Top with cherry pie filling befpre serving.
