LEMON BASIL COOKIES image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1/4 cup butter softened
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 egg yolk
1 tsp lemon juice
1-18.25 oz box lemon cake mix
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 tbsp dried basil
2 tsp lemon zest

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter & creamcheese, add yolk & lemon juice. Blend in cake mix, stir in coconut, nuts, basil, & zest. Drop dough on cookie sheet and press with the bottom of a glass dipped in sugar. Bake 10-15 minutes
