Lazy Day Chicken image

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 - 3 pounds chicken breasts
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 package dry onion soup mix
2 - 3 carrots, sliced
2 - 3 stalks celery, sliced
1 (4-ounce) can mushrooms, drained (optional)
1/2 cup sherry
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
paprika

Steps:

  • Oil large baking dish. Dredge chicken in flour and place in dish. Sprinkle onion soup over top. Place sliced vegetables on soup mix. Combine sherry and cream soup. Spread over chicken and vegetables. Dot with paprika. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for at least 1 hour 15 minutes.
