Steps:
- Combine meat, onion and garlic and saute until brown. Drain.
- Add chili powder, cumin and oregano. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, beans and sugar. Simmer for hours - longer the better!
- Add peppers last. Simmer for another 15 minutes or so.
- Top with sour cream, cheese, cilantro (or scallions) and chips (optional). Maybe avocado!
