KONA MANGO DRESSING image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1/2 tsp black peppercorns, coarsely cracked
1/2 cup chopped mangi
1 tsp fresh chopped basil
1/2 tsp fresh thyme
1 tsp fresh mint, chopped
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 T honey
3 T canola oil

Steps:

  • In food processor, blend all ingredients except oil. Add oil, 1 tsp at a time and process until mixture thickens and emulsifies. Season with salt & pepper
