Steps:
- Crust: Combine butter, almond flour and coconut... add more almond flour if mixture is too wet. Press into 8 inch springform pan. (Wrap the bottom of the pan in foil, or place on jelly roll pan to prevent butter spills in your oven.) Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Set aside to cool. Cheesecake: Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the milk, egg yolks and lime juice. Pour into prepared crust. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool to room temp, then refrigerate.
