Been trying to make a great low carb bread for a long time. A lot of wasted ingredients. What I miss most about low carb, is a slice of rye toast. Not anymore! I finally got this right. And now that I did, I'll be able to use this recipe for other bread, including sweet breads.

Steps:
- 1. In a medium size bowl mix all Your dry ingredients, except dill and caraway.
- 2. Next add all the wet ingredients and mix well. After mixed add dill and caraway seed on top.
- 3. In a greased 9in. Bread pan. Pour mix in and spread evenly. I like to add some more caraway seeds.
- 4. Bake in preheated 300 degree oven for 1 hour. Remove and let cool before slicing
- 5. Slice into 16 thin slices (Great for toasting) or 8 thicker slices. Thick slice 5 carb or 2 thin slices. I enjoyed My first slice slightly still warm with butter. Sooo good!
