KATHY'S SPINACH SALAD image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 bag spinach
1 pkg. mushrooms sliced
1/2 lb. bacon crispie
Dressing:
1 cup mayo
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
2 chopped cooked eggs
1 purple onion

Steps:

  • Mix first 3 ingredients in salad bowl. Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over salad when ready to serve. Top with eggs and onion.
