Number Of Ingredients 5

1 medium flank, round, or chuck roast sliced thin from meat deli
1 box(es) stuffing mix, your favorite is fine.
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s) brown gravy
1 cup(s) milk

Steps:

  • Have prepared steak sliced thin, add stuffing already prepared according to box directions or homemade whichever you prefer. Roll about a tsp or tbs spread from end to end. Add to frying pan to brown on each side.
  • Remove from fry pan, and set aside to cool slightly then tie to hold together, mix soup, gravy and milk together.
  • Add rolled and tied steaks to baking pan with some oil in the bottom so they don't stick, and pour soup and gravy mixture over rolls and bake for an hour on 350. Season to taste... serve with salad, I like cottage cheese too. Enjoy this!
  • You can be very creative with this recipe, by adding a rice stuffing, or made in gravy and soup mixture over rice, many variations to try, I like to create...LOL
