Jan's BBQ Meatloaf image

My family loves it, and I usually have to make 2!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 1/2 pound(s) ground beef
1 package(s) (sleeve) ritz crackers
1 - egg
1/2 cup(s) sweet baby ray's honey bbq sauce
1/2 cup(s) heintz ketchup
- salt & pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a loaf pan (either glass or metal). Mix thoroughly all ingredients in a large bowl. Place in loaf pan. Brush BBQ sauce on top of loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for approx 40-45 minutes. Yum! Yum!
