JANET'S SUNDAY BRUNCH BAKE image

This casserole is just right for that Sunday brunch,it's fast it's easy and most of all it's very taste.

Number Of Ingredients 7

12 large eggs
1/3 cup(s) sour cream
1 pound(s) pork sausage
1 cup(s) sliced mushrooms
1 medium onion chopped
2 medium tomatoes chopped
1 package(s) finely shredded chedded cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Beat eggs, and sour cream with a whisk until blended. Pour into greased 13 by 9 baking dish bake 10 minutes or until egg mixture is soft set.
  • Meanwhile cook sausage, mushrooms, and onions in large skillet on medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until sausage is done, drain.
  • Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees. Spoon tomatoes over egg layer, cover with sausage and cheese. Bake 30 minutes, or until center is set
