Steps:
- Line a 13 x 9-inch pan with graham crackers (leave whole). Set aside.
- In two separate bowls, mix chocolate and vanilla pudding with one cup milk each. Let puddings stand to thicken.
- Fold a carton of whipped topping into each bowl.
- Spoon chocolate pudding on top of crackers in pan, then top with an additional layer of crackers. Spoon vanilla pudding on top and add a final layer of crackers.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- For frosting, mix butter and cocoa; add enough powdered sugar to make it spreadable. Spread over top layer of graham crackers.
