2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 cups confectioners' sugar
3/4 cup margarine, melted
1 (12-ounce) jar crunchy peanut butter
1 (12-ounce) package chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Mix cracker crumbs, sugar, margarine and peanut butter with hands. Pat in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Melt chocolate chips in the top of a double boiler or microwave. Spread over cookie mix. Let cool. Cut into squares. Store in refrigerator in an airtight container.
