ICE CREAM FINGER JELLO image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 6 oz jello, any flavor
1 3 oz lemon jello
1/4 c sugar
2 1/2 c boiling water
1 envelope Knox gelatin
1/2 c water
2 c vanilla ice cream

Steps:

  • Combine jello and sugar in large mixing bowl. Add boiling water and stir until jello is fully dissolved. Combine gelatin and water until gelatin is dissolved. Add to jello mixture and stir thoroughly. Add ice cream and stir until combined thoroughly. Pour into 8x8 pan sprayed with Pam. Refrigerate until jello is firm.
