Hot Reuben Dip image

Leftover corned beef? Try this easy snack or appetizer.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 14oz can sauerkraut (drained)
1 c shredded corned beef
1 c shredded swiss cheese
3/4 c mayonnaise
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
rye bread or crackers for dipping

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350. In bowl combine all ingredients. Pour into medium oven safe dish and bake for 25-30miniutes till bubbley hot.
  • 2. Serve with rye bread or crackers. Can drizzel thousand island dressing for true reuben.
