Hot crab dip image

Here's a Maryland Eastern Shore favorite! So yummy paired with hot crunchy bread or crackers. Enjoy!

Number Of Ingredients 10

8oz - cream cheese
1lb - lump crab meat
1/2 pint(s) sour cream
4 tablespoon(s) miracle whip or mayonnaise
1 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
2 teaspoon(s) worcestershire sauce
2 dash(es) garlic salt
2 1/2 cup(s) cheddar cheese (1/2 inside, 1/2 on top)
- old bay seasoning (to taste)
- salt and pepper (to taste)

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients, except crabmeat, together with mixer until well blended. Add crabmeat and gently stir together with a spoon. Put in a 13x9 casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and few shakes of Old Bay. Bake at 350 for about 30 - 35 minutes. Serve with hot italian bread or crackers.
