POTATO KUGEL - MANISCHEWITZ MIX image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 box (6oz) potato pancake mix
2 eggs
2 cups water
1/4 cup veg oil
1/4 cup matzo meal (subbed flour)

Steps:

  • set over to 400 degrees beat eggs add water, oil, flour and mix. allow batter to thicken for 3 minutes then pour into greased pan. (used two disposable bread pans. cook for about an hour - ( seemed to be done before an hour - and browned edges frist then finally the top browned.
