Homemade Turkey Salad image

Put your Thanksgiving leftovers to good use with our Homemade Turkey Salad. The homemade dressing is a simple yet delightful mix of Greek-style yogurt, Dijon mustard, honey, vinegar and poppy seeds. You'll love the tangy flavor of our Homemade Turkey Salad!

1/4 cup plain nonfat Greek-style yogurt
2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. HEINZ Red Wine Vinegar
1 tsp. poppy seed
1 pkg. (10 oz.) torn mixed salad greens
10 oz. cooked turkey, cut into thin strips (about 2 cups)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 green onions, diagonally sliced
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted

Steps:

  • Beat first 5 ingredients with whisk until blended. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Cover 4 plates with salad greens; top with turkey and tomatoes.
  • Drizzle yogurt mixture over salads; top with onions and nuts.
