Steps:
- Cream the margarine and sugar together until light and fluffy
- Add the eggs a little at a time, with the vanilla essence
- Sift the flour and the coco, folding gently.
- Add the chocolate chips
- Spoon into a lined 20x20cm tin.
- Cook at 180 c for 30 mins
