1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup molasses
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon

Steps:

  • Preheat oven 325. Beat butter, molasses & sugar. Next beat in egg. Stir in dry ingredients. Now you add nuts and raisins if you want. Bake for 12 minutes.
