1 tsp. oil
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1-1/2 cups cholesterol-free egg product
1 cup fat-free milk
1/4 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1 tomato, thinly sliced
1 green onion, sliced
1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Cheddar Cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Heat oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat. Add mushrooms; cook 4 min. or until tender, stirring occasionally. Beat egg product, milk and mayo in large bowl with whisk until blended. Stir in stuffing mix.
  • Spoon into 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with mushrooms, tomatoes and onions.
  • Bake 50 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean, sprinkling with cheese after 35 min. Let stand 10 min. before serving.
