Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8" baking dish with cooking spray. Cook noodles as directed. Drain, rinse under cold water, and drain well.
- In large skillet over med-high heat, heat oil, cook onion and bell pepper until soft. Add peas. Cook and stir 1 min. In medium bowl, whisk eggs, egg product, milk, mustard, lemon-pepper seasoning, and salt.
- Layer noodles, ham, 1/2 cup of cheese and veggies in baking dish. Pour in egg mix. Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake 45 min, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 10 min.
