Steps:
- Chill four to six tall glasses in the freezer.
- Add the malt balls to a blender and pulse to crush; remove about 1/4 cup for garnish. Add the milk, ice cream, coffee liqueur and malted milk powder, and blend until thick and smooth.
- Pour into the chilled glasses. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and the reserved crushed malt balls. Serve immediately.
