Grilled Tomato-Basil Pita Pizzas image

Making pizza for two is easy when your crust is a pita bread and the topping is a simple blend of plum tomatoes, basil, pizza sauce and cheese.

2 pita breads (6 inch)
1/2 cup CLASSICO Traditional Pizza Sauce
2/3 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
1 plum tomato, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil

Steps:

  • Heat grill to medium-low heat.
  • Grill pitas 30 sec.; turn. Top with pizza sauce, cheese and tomatoes.
  • Cook 2 to 3 min. or until cheese is melted and bottoms are golden brown.
  • Sprinkle with basil.
