GRILLED MUSHROOMS WITH PESTO image

Number Of Ingredients 5

250 g large mushrooms
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper for seasoning
4 tbsp pesto
1 pot of roman salad

Steps:

  • Slice the mushrooms in half and mix them with the oil, season with the salt and pepper. Barbecue the mushrooms until golden colour. Transfer them over to a mixing bowl and add the pesto, cut the salad in peaces. Put the salad on a plate and add the mushrooms on top. Serve with whatever you are cooking
