Steps:
- Pound chicken breast to 1/2 inch thickness between sheets of waxed paper. Grill chicken 3 - 5 minutes per side until juices run clear. Let cool. Cut into 1/2 inch cubes. Add mayo, yogurt, apple, grapes, onions, juice, parsley, curry salt, and a pinch of black pepper. Mix. Heat pita in oven and serve with lettuce and tomato slices.
